I use my feet and / or hands to deliver Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Massage and Energy Healing on the mat or table. Cupping, an ancient Chinese healing practice, when used, can further promote blood flow and the release of muscle tension and trigger points.

About me:

Hi, I’m Gabriela. I love helping people♡, and I am grateful I have found the the how, via fix pain massage therapy, life coaching & energy healing. I love to learn and grow, which have led me to train with the best (schools and private sessions), in the most efficient and exquisite modalities. My background is from two European countries, and I have become a native of beautiful Santa Barbara, CA, now 25+ years.

~ I am a California Massage Therapy Council Certified Massage Therapist, CMTC #62356, and hold 750+ hours of massage training from the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute. I have been practicing massage and fixing body pain since 2009.

~ I am a Massage Instructor, teaching Trigger Point, Barefoot, and Sports massage, at the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute.

~ I am a trained Life Coach and have been practicing, since 2018. I went thru an intensive 9 month Coach training program, then took additional training from The Gottman Institute, trained in The Gottman Method Couples Therapy, levels 1, 2, & 3. Did you know, per The Gottman Institute’s research of couples since the 1970’s, 69% of couple’s issues are perpetual? But, they also found that the secret to long lasting and happy relationships, is in how couples interact with each other, by avoiding the 4 detrimental to relationships behaviors, that they call “The Four Horsemen”.

~ I am an Energy Healer, trained in several modalities. I clear energy chakras, send Divine energy healing, and clear negative influences from the past. Chakra clearing and energy healing are included with all sessions.
