I will lead you to your inner child and give her /him a voice and give you access to your inner guide, as well as tools how to easily stop the monkey mind, feeling guilty or feeling lost. When grief comes up, we welcome it and effortlessly work thru it with powerful tools and healing.

How I got here:

I’ve lived in three different countries and cultures. I thought I needed to change myself to fit in.

In the process of looking for ways to change myself, I found that we are all already perfect as we are! We are all needed in the world just as we are, and when we instead change the intent with which we speak and act from, when we come from our hearts, from love rather than from fear, life flows and Harmony is created!

I stay anchored in my heart and connected to my body, to create heart and brain harmony to follow my inner being’s wisdom, and I will guide you to do the same. ♡
